White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt recently confirmed that every post on President Donald Trump‘s Truth Social account comes “straight from the horse’s mouth.” This statement directly contradicts the administration’s earlier claim that a staffer was responsible for posting a racist video on Trump’s account.
Leavitt made this admission during a press briefing. She was responding to a question about a Truth Social post in which President Trump criticized plans for a U.K. land deal involving the Chagos Islands. According to The Independent, when asked if the post represented an official shift in American policy, Leavitt was clear, saying the post “should be taken as the policy of the Trump administration.”
