Karnataka women, Rajasthan men thrash Punjab, Chandigarh to emerge as new junior national basketball champions

INDORE: Karnataka women and Rajasthan men kept their best for the last and emerged as the new junior national basketball champions in the 74th edition of the meet which concluded at the Emerald Heights International School in Indore on Tuesday.

After taking early lead both Karnataka and Rajasthan stretched their advantage further to lift the women and men titles in style. While Karnataka utilized their speed well to prevail over Punjab by 20 points (71-51), the lanky lads from Rajasthan thrashed Chandigarh 107-49.
