Kanye West's new wife Bianca Censori could be "the healing ingredient he needs", according to a PR expert.
The rapper, legally known as Ye, "hit rock bottom" according to his ex-wife Kim Kardashian following his series of vile racist outbursts in which he repeatedly praised Adolf Hitler.
Kanye faced a widespread backlash for his remarks and claims to have lost $2billion (£1.6billion) in one day after being dropped by a number of fashion brands.
However, the 46-year-old could "get back on the road to redemption" with the help of his new wife.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, PR expert Edward Coram-James said: "His new wife may well be an asset to this journey.
"Setting aside the seemingly unorthodox circumstances around their wedding, it appears as though she is genuinely camera and publicity shy.
"A bit of camera shyness would do Kanye wonders for the next 18-months and, if she is able to rub off on him in that way, she may well be the healing ingredient that he may so badly need."
The Chief Executive of Go Up also suggested there may be "light at the end of the tunnel" if Kanye apologises for his racist outbursts.
"To get back on the road to redemption, if indeed that road exists, he must make genuine strides towards healing," Edward said.
He added: "I would suggest that he releases a public statement apologising profusely for the racist statements made last year, acknowledging the pain and suffering that they caused while explaining that they were the result of his personal struggles, were not meant and did not reflect his actual beliefs."
Edward also suggested that Kanye should mend his relationship with his ex-wife and focus on being "a good father".
Kim broke down in tears on the latest series of her family's brand new Hulu show as she opened up about the end of her marriage to Kanye.
The 42-year-old, who dated Kanye for 10 years, said she had initially tried to act as his "clean-up crew" whenever he acted out.
"Sometimes I feel like if he were to hit rock bottom that's his journey that he needs to figure out on his own," Kim admitted while talking to her momager Kris Jenner.
The SKIMS founder said she felt "so overwhelmed" by the situation and was scared she would be "stuck with this for the rest of my life".
"I used to spend hours and hours and hours of my days as the clean-up crew," she told her mother.
Kim admitted she "doesn't have the energy anymore" to deal with her ex-husband, to which Kris responded: "Nobody does and you never deserved to live like that."
In a confession, Kim added: "It's the hardest feeling, to watch someone you really loved and you have a family with, just be so different than who you knew."
Kanye and Kim share four children together - North, nine, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four.
