Kanye West is reportedly ready to legally settle his divorce with Kim Kardashian, weeks after hiring his sixth lawyer.

In court documents obtained by Page Six, the rapper, 45, has filed a “declaration of disclosure” through his lawyers, a sign that their legal proceedings are on the verge of ending.

The Blast also reports that the Donda hitmaker has forwarded over all his financial information to Kardashian’s legal team and the former couple have reached an agreement on how to divide their finances and property.

The outlet writes: “Typically, in cases of this kind, the disclosure is filed within days or weeks of the final judgment and settlement being filed.”

Although they have allegedly come to a decision on how to up their multi-billion dollar empire, there is no indication that they came to an agreement on custody of their four children.

The couple welcomed North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and three-year-old Psalm during their nine-year relationship, and married in Florence, Italy in 2014.

Kardashian filed to end the marriage in February 2021 and was declared legally single in March 2022.

Late last month it was revealed that West had ‘hired’ the same lawyer who represented Melinda Gates in her $130 billion divorce from ex-husband Bill Gates.

A rep for Robert Stephan Cohen, who is a senior partner at Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP confirmed to the Standard at the time that West recently hired him as counsel.

Since Cohen is based in New York, TMZ reported at the time that the hitmaker had also retained Beverly Hills-based attorney Nicholas A Salick of Salick Family Law Group, APLC as counsel as his legal separation is being tried in Los Angeles.

The attorney previously represented Chris Rock in his divorce from his wife of 20 years, Malaak Compton-Rock.

In August, Samantha Spector, West’s fifth divorce lawyer, withdrew from the case after two months due to an irreconcilable breakdown with the rapper.

Prior to Spector, the Grammy winner relieved attorney Chris Melcher of his duties in March.

Sources told TMZ at the time that West let go of the lawyer because their relationship “had become extremely difficult, with little communication”.

The Standard has contacted Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s reps for comment.
