Sens. Jerry Moran and Roger Marshall of Kansas have confirmed that they are in contact with authorities following the news of a plane crash in the Potomac River involving a flight originating from Wichita, Kansas.

Senator Moran took to X to share that he is in communication with authorities regarding the incident. He urged the public to join him in offering prayers for all those affected by the crash.
