Vice President Kamala Harris has secured the support of delegates from the Democrat-friendly state of Oregon, as announced by the state's Democratic party on Wednesday night.

The Chair of the Democratic Party of Oregon expressed excitement, stating that the delegation unanimously voted to endorse Kamala Harris for President. This decision was met with enthusiasm, leading to a surge in volunteer sign-ups following President Biden's endorsement of Vice President Harris.

Following President Joe Biden's withdrawal from the re-election process last weekend, Harris emerged as the presumed Democratic candidate.
