Manchester City are reportedly 'open to offers' for Kalvin Phillips. The midfielder has not been able to hold down a regular place following his big-money move last summer.
The former Leeds United man made the switch to the Etihad at the start of last season in a £42m deal. However, he has started just two Premier League matches for Pep Guardiola's men.
And they only came last month after injury early on meant he had to have a spell on the sidelines. After making three substitute appearances in the opening weeks of the campaign, a recurrence of a shoulder problem he suffered at Leeds meant he needed surgery and he was out for two months.
He recovered in time to be part of Gareth Southgate's World Cup squad but was then branded 'overweight' by Guardiola on his return from Qatar and was left out of the team that faced Liverpool in the Carabao Cup.

Guardiola said at the time: "He’s not injured. He arrived overweight. I don’t know [why]. He didn’t arrive in the condition to do training sessions and to play.
"When he will be ready, he will play, because we need him, we need him a lot."
He has made just two more starts, in the FA Cup and League Cup and he has also made three appearances from the bench in the Champions League.
He was part of this week's celebrations as City toasted a historic treble but, according to the Daily Mail, City will now listen to offers for the 27-year-old but he is keen to remain and prove himself.
Phillips was a huge fans' favourite at Elland Road having come through the junior ranks and pulled on the white shirt more than 200 times.
