Kai Cenat has officially opened applications for Streamer University 2026 on June 8, bringing back the content creator-focused program that became one of the biggest streaming events of 2025.
The Twitch streaming star announced the return of Streamer University through a Harry Potter-inspired trailer, revealing that aspiring creators can now apply for several roles on the program’s official website.

Building on the success of the inaugural event at the University of Akron last May 2025, Streamer University is expanding its enrollment options this year. Applicants can now sign up as students, professors, or club directors, creating more opportunities for members of the content creation community to get involved.
According to the Streamer University website, students will have the opportunity to learn content creation strategies and personal branding skills, while professors can teach subjects ranging from content production to niche specialties. Club directors will be tasked with fostering communities and coordinating extracurricular activities on campus.
Several prominent creators have already expressed interest in participating. QTCinderella has volunteered to teach culinary arts and Lacy has pitched a class for clip farming.

How to apply for Kai Cenat’s Streamer University 2026
Applications for Streamer University 2026 are now available through the program’s official website, streameruniversity.com.
Applicants are required to select their preferred role and complete the online application process. Kai Cenat has not yet announced application deadlines, the number of students who will be accepted, or the official start date and venue for the 2026 program.
This is one of Kai’s most significant projects since his break from regular streaming. He has not hosted a broadcast on his own Twitch channel since October last year. Earlier this year, Kai explained that he needed time away after years of nonstop streaming. Since then, he has remained active through various ventures, including the launch of his fashion brand Vivet and the reveal of a secret YouTube channel.
While details about Streamer University 2026 remain limited, the opening of applications confirms that the highly anticipated creator academy is returning for another year. Given the overwhelming demand for the inaugural event, competition for a place in the next class is expected to be just as intense.
Last year’s event attracted 120 students from nearly one million applicants. Participants lived on campus, attended classes taught by experienced creators including AMP members and MrBeast affiliates, and took part in livestreamed activities and challenges.
