K-Pop Demon Hunters collab returns to Fortnite featuring villain Jinu

Fortnite is teaming up once again with the global hit animated series K-Pop Demon Hunters, which took the world by storm, bringing a follow-up wave of content for fans who missed the darker side of the crossover and the iconic face of the Saja Boys.

This second Fortnite rollout builds on the original crossover from October 2025, tapping into the sustained popularity of the animated franchise, which went on to become Netflix’s most popular film in the platform’s history and a global favorite among millions of viewers.

Jinu, the charismatic antagonist from K-Pop Demon Hunters, will be available as a purchasable skin in the game’s item shop on Feb. 6, 2026, with the v39.40 update. He’ll also have the iconic Demon Jinu alt style, which will be great to use for Halloween as well. While his Sussie pet is going to be a backbling, players will miss a Derpy pet for the cherished villain.

Players will also see other versions of existing characters, such as golden styles for Rumi, Mira, and Zoey that reflect their iconic looks from the Golden music video. The Saja Boys and HUNTR/X won’t be alone, as the Valentine’s celebrations will also see the developers bring the Love & Legends event, which gives free level up and other rewards for the players.

Apart from the skins, competitive players will also get a chance to jump into a special K-Pop Demon Hunters Cup tied to the Wave Two drop. The event will allow players to compete for the Jinu skin and his back bling by placing at the top of solo playlists this weekend, allowing players to unlock the rewards for free ahead of the full release.

Fans of the collaboration will also be looking forward to emotes, especially with songs like Your Idol and Soda Pop, which were very popular among the fans.

This collaboration joins Fortnite’s ever-expanding lineup of tie-ins, blending the battle royale with pop culture and giving players a fresh way to experience the franchise inside the game while stepping into the shoes of their favorite characters.
