Juventus are said to be weighing up a January move for former Aberdeen and Hamilton Accies midfielder Lewis Ferguson, who has impressed since his summer move to Bologna.
The 23-year-old has scored twice in nine games for Bologna, and that has attracted the interest of Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri, though reports in Italy suggest it might be a loan rather than a permanent move.
Ferguson's fee could eventually rise to £3million, with Aberdeen believed to have also included a sell-on fee.
Ferguson, who is from Hamilton, is under contract until 2026 and reports from Italy say Juventus would need to pay triple what Bologna paid to land the Scotland star, who has been included in Steve Clarke's squad for next week's friendly in Turkey.
The clubs enjoy good relations, with the Turin club loaning their defender Andrea Cambiaso to Bologna on a season-long loan in the summer.
