Just in case a Helldivers 2 and Halo collab didn't seem likely enough following 2 blatant hints, Xbox itself weighs in

Xbox PlayStation

Helldivers 2 intro cutscene helldiver thumbs up.

Helldivers 2 is coming to Xbox Series X|S on August 26, and we have reason to believe a Halo collaboration will be coming as well thanks to the official Xbox account replying to some comments on YouTube.

The Xbox launch trailer for Helldivers 2 is almost at 150,000 views, and plenty of people in the comments noticed the Halo 3: ODST music playing right at the end. Given a Helldiver and an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper essentially do the same thing, I'm not surprised the PlayStation game is giving a nod to the Xbox franchise.
