During the Hunter Biden trial on Tuesday, one juror was dismissed after sending an email to the court explaining their inability to attend due to living an hour away from the courthouse. The judge, entering the courtroom at 8:55 a.m. ET, announced the dismissal by stating, 'so, we lost a juror.'
The juror, a resident of Milford, Delaware, revealed in the email that they are currently unemployed and faced challenges in commuting to the court daily. The individual expressed surprise at the expectation of daily attendance and mentioned that they were only able to attend court the previous day because their father had a day off from work.
