Jurgen Klopp has said that there is no pressure on Darwin Nunez after the striker completed his move on Wednesday.
The former Benfica striker has signed a six-year deal at Anfield after the Reds paid a set fee of £64.1million (€75m) with a possible £21.3m (€25m) in add-ons depending on individual success, ranging from reaching appearance landmarks, scoring goals to winning major trophies such as the UEFA Champions League.
With such a hefty fee hanging over his head, Klopp has relieved pressure off the 22-year-old by reminding fans that he is a 'work in progress' and that the Merseyside club already have 'wonderful attacking options already. The German coach also called on supporters to make him feel welcome when he dons the red of Liverpool for the first time.
