Jurgen Klopp says he "didn't miss" Manchester United when they were no match for Liverpool in recent years - and isn't excited to see them back challenging at the top.
The two famous rivals meet at Anfield this weekend as Klopp's struggling Reds take on a United side resurgent under Erik ten Hag. Liverpool have been right up there challenging Manchester City in recent seasons while United have toiled but the tables have turned since Ten Hag's arrival with the Red Devils sitting third - ten points ahead of Liverpool who are enduring a dire season.
United go into Sunday's clash as favourites as they refuse to give up hope of catching Arsenal, who are 11 points ahead of them having played a game more. But when asked if it's good to have United back as a genuine threat to Liverpool, Klopp quipped: "I didn't miss them!"
