Jurgen Klopp could still be on touchline for Liverpool's Premier League visit of West Ham United on Wednesday - despite his red card against Manchester City.
Klopp was dismissed by referee Anthony Taylor for reacting furiously at assistant referee Gary Beswick failing to flag for a foul by Bernardo Silva on Mohamed Salah towards the end of the Reds' 1-0 Premier League win at Anfield on Sunday.
It was the first time the Liverpool boss had been sent off during his time with the club, with the German later admitting he was "not proud" of the incident while agreeing with the decision.

However, Klopp will not be subject to an automatic ban. The Football Association will decide whether to charge, warn or take no further action against the Liverpool manager once they are in receipt of the report on the match from referee Taylor.
And even if Klopp is eventually censured, there is no guarantee any disciplinary action will be determined this week, meaning he could be on the touchline for both Wednesday's home game with West Ham and Saturday's trip to Nottingham Forest.
Both then-Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel and Tottenham Hotspur counterpart Antonio Conte were charged the day after being sent off for their post-match bust-up in the Stamford Bridge fixture between the sides in August.
Conte eventually escaped suspension while Tuchel was give a one-match ban which, after a failed appeal, he served a fortnight after the initial offence.
