Junkyard Golf Club plots Disco is Dead party in Newcastle for Halloween

The weird and wonderful world of Junkyard Golf Club is promising an unforgettable night of horrors in the run-up to Halloween for anyone who dares to go.

The crazy golf attraction, which opened a year ago in the city, has already caught the attention with its playground of nine-hole courses which have bizarre settings such as a 'toxic jungle' and dystopian circus peopled by the scary Bozo the clown. And now it is aiming to up the ante for Halloween as it announces a Disco is Dead party featuring scare actor disco zombies, disjointed disco dolls and frightening killer clowns.

Taking place on October 27 from 7pm, this new event invites customers to 'enjoy' a game of crazy golf alongside cocktails and music while frights and surprises will lurk in the shadows and around all the twists and turns of its lay-out. The 'epic' Halloween-theme party is encouraging people to face their fears and says what they find will 'haunt you long after the night is over'.

The Newcastle venue will be transformed into a chilling scare-fest and included in the entertainment will be Geordie Shore’s Abbie Holborn who, new to the DJ scene, will be making her public performance debut in her home city. There also will be live performances from MTV’s lead presenter and Apple music DJ Becca Dudley.
