Juniper Green Energy to open Rs 1,800-cr IPO on July 30

Renewable energy company Juniper Green Energy on Friday said it will open its Rs 1,800-crore initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on July 30, with the issue closing on August 3.

The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component, according to the company's red herring prospectus (RHP) filed on Thursday.
