In tonight's edition: Sierra Leone's President Julius Maada Bio is reelected for a second term with over 56 percent of Saturday's vote, but the opposition is crying foul. Also, Kenya's main opposition leader Raila Odinga calls for disobedience from his followers over the government's latest raft of tax hikes. Plus the Wagner mercenary group's aborted rebellion in Russia raises questions about its presence in Africa, but the Kremlin insists operations will carry on.
