Todd Boehly will be determined to make a quick start to his time as Chelsea chairman in the transfer window and the Blues have already been linked with a number of big names.
Restrictions placed on Roman Abramovich left the club trailing their rivals in negotiations but they are now playing catch-up and a number of big names have been linked with moves. There could be plenty on their way out too with Antonio Rudiger, Romelu Lukaku and Andreas Christensen already departing.
Today we will have updates on Jules Kounde, Matthijs de Ligt and Raheem Sterling so with that in mind, football.london brings you the latest from Chelsea in the transfer window.

Jules Kounde u-turn
Ahead of the summer window, Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde appeared to be Chelsea's number one target defensively. That has since changed and allowed Barcelona to make their own interest apparent. But momentum could well switch back once again after the La Liga side's latest decision.
According to Spanish outlet SPORT, the side from Catalunya consider Monaco's Benoit Badiashille as someone who makes more sense in the long-term with the fact that he's left-footed and will cost a fraction on what their La Liga counterparts are asking for.
De Ligt personal terms
Chelsea are desperate to reinforce their defence this summer following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen to Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively. As things stand Juventus ace Matthijs de Ligt has emerged as their top target.
Italian outlet La Stampa have reported that alongside offering De Ligt a five-year contract, £9m in wages have been tabled as Tuchel's side look to flex their financial muscles. If for some reason, the former Ajax prodigy was to snub Chelsea, Kalidou Koulibaly and Jules Kounde will reportedly be pursued.
Raheem Sterling told to snub Chelsea
One of the Blues' highest profile targets this summer is Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling and latest reports indicate that Tuchel is eager to get the deal done by the end of the week. But former defender Anton Ferdinand has urged the winger to stick with the Premier League champions.
"Me personally, if I'm Man City, I'm keeping him," the former QPR man told Sky Sports. "I would try everything I can to tie him down to a new contract. He's a fantastic player, he's also a consistent performer and someone who has done it over the years in the Premier League. So, for Man City to be wanting to or happy to get rid of him, that shocks me."
