Judge To Hold Hearing On Sanctioning Trump For Social Media Posts

Judge Juan Merchan has announced that a hearing will take place regarding the district attorney's motion to sanction Donald Trump for his social media posts. The hearing is scheduled for April 24 at 2:15 p.m. ET.

Trump's legal team has been given until Friday to submit their written response to the motion. Prosecutor Christopher Conroy has requested that a copy of the order be served directly to Trump. During the proceedings, papers were handed to both Trump and his lawyer, Todd Blanche, at the defense table.
