Judge slams 'imprecise' anti-Semitism definition

An anti-Israel graffiti spree is not indicative of an ongoing terror threat, or a properly functioning definition of anti-Semitism, a prominent judge says.

NSW Supreme Court Justice Desmond Fagan launched a stinging rebuke of a widely adopted international definition of anti-Semitism in his ruling that denied an application for strict supervision of a hired vandal.
