In a recent court hearing, Judge Juan Merchan inquired about the efforts made to compel Allen Weisselberg's testimony in a high-profile case. Prosecutor Chris Conroy informed the court that no attempts had been made to compel Weisselberg's appearance.
Expressing his desire for more information, Judge Merchan stated, 'I think it would be helpful to me in making my decision, if I could see that some efforts were taken to compel his appearance.'
