Judge Juan Merchan has dismissed a potential juror challenged by Donald Trump's lawyers out of an abundance of caution. The judge expressed concern about jeopardizing the case, stating that too many people had worked hard to bring it this far.
Trump's legal team had raised objections based on photos taken by the potential juror at a 2017 rally. The judge noted that the juror had described the event as a women's rally but had also captioned it as a 'massive anti-Trump rally.'
