A New York judge has dismissed five claims made by producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones in his $30 million sexual assault and harassment lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs.
The lawsuit accuses the music mogul of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats during the production of The Love Album: Off the Grid between September 2022 and September 2023. According to a 31-page ruling obtained by The Mirror US, U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken, granted a partial motion to dismiss five of Jones' claims, including RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act), Breach of Contract, Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress and Two Counts of Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.
