A judge has begged a woman to give up an "obsessive" 20-year fight over a garden fence which has caused "misery" for her neighbours.
Norma Yozin-Smith, 73, claimed the fence between her house and neighbours Anthony and Julie Alexander in New Barnet, north London, strayed into her garden, partitioning off some of her trees and shrubs, when put up.
She claimed it ignored a boundary line mapped out by a surveyor after five years of arguments between the neighbours about where the border between their properties lay.
