Jude Bellingham admitted he can’t wait to sample a packed Ibrox next Thursday and roared “bring it on” as Borussia Dortmund look to pull off Europa League mission improbable.
The £25million England ace netted in the German side’s 4-2 defeat to Rangers at the Westfalenstadion which has left them with an uphill battle to reach the last 16.
Raphael Guerreiro’s late stunner ensured the Bundesliga giants will travel to Ibrox with slim hopes of progressing.
There is also the small matter of talisman Erling Haaland possibly returning and the Norwegian featuring in Glasgow would be a huge boost.
Former Birmingham City man Bellingham vowed he won’t let his team-mates give up hope and is desperate to sample the white-hot atmosphere of Ibrox on a European night under the floodlights.
The 18-year-old told BT Sport: “In the second half we were going for it a bit but still we can’t be that open and allow those kinds of chances.
“But there’s a bit of hope because we have the second leg and there’s not one person in that changing room who is going to give up - I won’t let them.
“We’re going to go there and give everything. We know how hard it will be but personally I can’t wait to play at Ibrox.
“It’s one of the best stadiums in Europe when it’s packed on a European night but bring it on!”
