Jude Bellingham continues to be linked with a permanent move to the Premier League, with both Chelsea and Liverpool interested.
N'Golo Kante and Jorginho's long-term futures at Stamford Bridge remain uncertain. With that in mind, Graham Potter could be looking for long-term replacements to shape his new look Blues midfield.
Jurgen Klopp's side are in a similar position though, especially considering how the likes of Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho have been impacted by injuries in recent months. Therefore, it is expected that fierce competition will be in place for the 19-year-old's signature and unfortunately, he isn't going to come cheap - suggesting a bidding war could be on the cards.

It's rumoured that Dortmund already value him at more than £100million so a mammoth fee will be required to persuade the Bundesliga giants to sell. To make matters worse for the Premier League clubs, according to the CIES football observatory, his estimated transfer value is actually far higher than that.
The econometric system estimates that Bellingham is worth between €150million-€200million (£130.4million-£174million). In June, he was valued at €133.7million (£116.2million) meaning at the top estimate there has been more than a £57million increase in valuation over the past few months.
Plus, it looks as though he's all but guaranteed to make Gareth Southgate's Three Lions World Cup squad and quality performances on the biggest stage may inflate his value that little bit more. One positive thing as far as the English clubs are concerned is that Bellingham is likely to be open to a return to his homeland.
Unless the talented youngster agrees on new terms with Dortmund before next summer rolls around, he will go into the transfer market with two years left to run on his contract. With that in mind, Dortmund could be more tempted, or open, to selling the teenager, especially after they lost Erling Haaland to Manchester City for a fraction of what the Norwegians actually worth (£51million) because of a release clause in his contract.
