JSW MG Motor India on Wednesday reported its highest-ever monthly wholesale sales, with dispatches rising 30% year-on-year to 7,568 units in June, driven by sustained demand for its electric vehicle (EV) lineup.
EVs accounted for more than 75% of the company's total sales during the month, underscoring the continued shift towards electric mobility. The automaker attributed the strong momentum to rising fuel prices, the lower running costs of EVs and geopolitical uncertainties in West Asia, which have further influenced consumer buying preferences.
