Jrue Holiday has been cleared to play for the Boston Celtics in their game against the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday (March 28). The veteran guard has missed the team’s last five games due to a shoulder injury he sustained when facing the Washington Wizards on March 17. He was listed as questionable throughout the day, with the Celtics deciding to upgrade him late.
Nevertheless, the Celtics will be without Al Horford and Jaden Springer, as both have been ruled out of the contest. Xavier Tillman is cleared to play and could get additional minutes due to Horford’s absence.
The Celtics will be looking to avenge their recent defeat against the Hawks. Boston surrendered a 30-point lead during their last meeting against the team on Monday (March 25.)
