Celtic star Jota has won the cinch Goal of the Month award.
Ange Postecoglou made it a priority to get the tricky attacker signed up to a permanent deal this summer following a stunning loan stint last season. The deal took longer than hoped to get over the line but after securing his services long-term, the Hoops star picked up where he left off and scored a stunner in the opening day win over Aberdeen.
The Portuguese ace picked up the ball 30-yards from goal and skipped past a Dons defender before unleashing an unstoppable effort into the top corner of the net. Stephen Welsh had handed the defending champions the perfect start on flag day after just three minutes with Jota's second coming in the final 15 minutes to secure the three points.
