Celtic winger Jota says it was always his aim to return to Parkhead this summer - and Saturday's friendly with Blackburn Rovers helped show him why.
Hoops supporters inside Parkhead got a glimpse of what the Portuguese winger will bring to Celtic in his first permanent season after a loan last term from Benfica was turned into a long-term stay. He scored a fine effort and displayed some fantastic skill in the 2-2 draw against English Championship opposition.
A Premiership title defence and Champions League group stage football await, and Jota is keen to hit the ground running, telling Premier Sports: "It's always an honour to play in this stadium with these fans so we are delighted to be back and we just hope that we can do an amazing season.
