Josip Juranovic and Joe Hart strong bond as Celtic No1 called 'brother' in classy birthday message

Josip Juranovic has sent a classy birthday message to Joe Hart as he signed off with: 'See you soon'.

The former Celtic defender may have departed Parkhead for a new challenge in the Bundesliga with Union Berlin - but he's not left behind the strong bonds he created in Glasgow as he took to social media to wish his 'brother' many happy returns.

The ex-Manchester City and England No1 is celebrating his 36th birthday today with the hope of a few more reasons to party in the coming weeks. Ange Postecoglou's side have one hand on the Premiership trophy with a 12 point lead over Rangers while they come up against Michael Beale's men at Hampden at the end of the month in the Scottish Cup semi-final.

Celtic have already defeated their arch rivals at the national stadium this season to lift the League Cup and another win in Mount Florida would make them heavy favourites to complete a domestic clean sweep with Falkirk or Inverness providing the opposition to the winner in the end of season showpiece.

Juranovic only spent 18 months in Glasgow after joining from Legia Warsaw but that's not stopped him making friendships for life as he posted a selfie of Hart and himself on his Instagram stories alongside the caption: "Brother! I wish you all the best! Today is your day! See you soon! alongside a green love heart emoji.

The 27-year-old has hit the ground instantly in Germany as he looks to help his new side qualify for the Champions League. The same big stage his former club will be aiming to make an impact on next season.

He netted what was described as a 'dreamy' free-kick last time out as his ten-man side drew with Bochum. They are currently third in the Bundesliga as the race for the top four hots up as the league enters the business end of the campaign.
