Josh Taylor looks to retain his light-welterweight world titles tonight against former unified lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez.
Taylor, 32, hasn't fought since his controversial split decision win against Jack Catterall last February. Taylor : "Being involved in a big fight like this is the main event, it's been really cool being here. He says what he means and I mean what I say as well. We could both go on about previous performances and say 'You're only as good as your last fight' but I prepared crap for my last fight so I performed crap. I believe he was the same and took his eye off the ball."
Lopez : “I speak my truth and that’s how I feel. Everything that I speak out, you know, I’m just trying to make it into existence. Law of attraction, having good faith in it and just putting on a show and giving what the fans really wanna see an outstanding performance.”
