Josh McPake set for Rangers exit as Ibrox club ready to tear up forgotten winger's contract

Josh McPake Rangers Ibrox

Rangers are considering terminating winger Josh McPake 's contract.

The 20-year-old academy graduate has spent the season on-loan at both Morecambe and Tranmere Rovers but the prospect of a fresh chance at Ibrox next term is understood to be unlikely.

Once considered a top prospect, he's made just 14 starts across the two spells and has fallen well out of favour at Prenton Park under former Dundee United manager Micky Mellon.
