Yellowstone, which premiered in 2018, revolves around the tumultuous relationships and land disputes within the Dutton family. Lucas, who plays the younger version of Kevin Costner's character, made his debut in earlier episodes and returned for season 5.
As Yellowstone's conclusion, with Costner's reported exit due to alleged conflicts with series creator Taylor Sheridan, the extent of John Dutton's presence in the upcoming episodes remains uncertain. In a recent interview, Lucas mentioned that Sheridan hinted at the character's comeback and confirmed that season 5 part 2 will consist of '10 or more episodes.'
