Jorginho has spoken about how he will bring leadership to Arsenal's dressing room after sealing a transfer from Chelsea on deadline day.
The former Napoli star has joined Mikel Arteta's side for a deal worth £10million in guaranteed fees with a further £2million in add-ons, football.london understands. His contract will be until the summer of 2024, with the club holding the option of an extra year.
Now, the Italian international has spoken about what he will add to the Gunners, speaking about how his experience at Stamford Bridge can be an asset to Arteta and co. When asked about the Blues' 1-0 loss to Arsenal back in November of last year, he told the Gunners' website : “It was tough, it was a hard time!

"Even in pre-season we had a friendly match, and I could feel and see that Arsenal would do very well this season. So, when we faced each other again at Stamford Bridge, it wasn’t a surprise for me at all.
“I’ll try to just bring positive energy, hard work and my experience to help the team. It’s what I always bring with me.
“I try just to help with the experience I’ve had in my time with the other clubs and anything I can do just to help the team to achieve more and more, that’s my target. All I can promise is that I’m going to give my all to represent this club.”
Arsenal currently sit on top of the current Premier League standings, five points ahead of second-placed Manchester City despite playing one less league match that the Citizens.
