The Green Bay Packers have been Jordan Love’s team, but he officially has the keys to the vehicle.
When the Packers parted ways with Aaron Rodgers, a lot was said about the shoes quarterback Jordan Love would have to fill. Rodgers brought a championship to the city and countless memories of success. That’s no small task for a young quarterback to duplicate.
Yet, Love seems to be finding his footing after some very early hiccups and growing pains. In fitting fashion, though 12 career starts, his stats were nearly identical to his predecessor. But on Sunday, he created his own path and is writing his story the way he wants to tell it.
Now, his teammates are behind him, and they know his proverbial car has been upgraded.
