Jonnie Irwin issues promise to followers after hurting his back

Jonnie Irwin promised his followers he'd take it easy after a busy day.

The former A Place In The Sun presenter refused to have the typical lazy Sunday and instead got hands-on with cleaning duties. Although he didn't tell his Instagram followers his full list of choirs, he did note he "got stuck in" with washing the inside of his wheelie bins.

Proud of himself and ready to wind down, he issued a promise to his followers he'd spend the remainder of his weekend with his feet up.

Sharing a snap of himself in the bath, Jonnie was accompanied by a small screen showing the cricket. His caption said: "I went on a jet washing marathon earlier and got stuck in the washing the inside of my wheelie bins.

"I’m now sat still and my back is killing me so I thought I’ll have a bath and watch the cricket with your volume down and test match. I’ve made a promise to all stay in the bath.

"As long as England remain in bat Sound on sky tuned down and @tms turned up. The water had now gone rather cold but I’ll be good for my word."
