John Wick star Ian McShane recently shed light on the delay of the Ballerina spinoff movie, offering insights into the reasons behind the decision. Initially scheduled for a June release this year, the movie has been postponed to 2025 to incorporate new action sequences.
Alongside de Armas and McShane, the cast of Ballerina boasts names like Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, and Keanu Reeves. McShane clarified that the delay is not due to reshoots but the addition of entirely new sequences to enhance the final product under the guidance of original John Wick director Chad Stahelski.
