John Terry has given his thoughts on Chelsea's group following the UEFA Champions League group stage draw. The west Londoners have been drawn in Group E with AC Milan, Red Bull Salzburg and Dinamo Zagreb.
The draw has already unearthed a number of exciting storylines and potential narratives for all to enjoy. So, taking to Twitter, the former Blues defender said: "It could have been a lot worse."
Chelsea enjoyed great success in the competition season before last when Thomas Tuchel led the club to a second Champions League title during his first season in charge. Todd Boehly will be looking to build upon the west Londoners' rich history, and he's already welcomed six new faces to Stamford Bridge in a bid to do so.

The Blues have also shown no sign of slowing down, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Anthony Gordon heavily linked with arrivals. Boehly's activity in the market proves he, and his consortium, are clearly keen to lift the club's third Champions League title.
Subject to availability, Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud are set to make a return to west London. The latter of whom played a crucial role on the road to Chelsea lifting the trophy in Porto.
And while Group E may be seen as an easy draw to some, AC Milan won the Serie A last season in spectacular fashion. Salzburg reached the knockouts of the Champions League for the first time in their history last season and handed Bayern Munich a shock in the Round of 16.
Meanwhile, in north London, rivals Tottenham Hotspur learned their fate. Antonio Conte's side were drawn into Group D with Europa League champions Eintracht Frankfurt, Sporting and Marseille. Arsenal, on the other hand, are in the Europa League this season, and they're set to find out their group on August 26.
