John Swinney pays tribute to two killed in aftermath of Storm Boelo

FIRST Minister John Swinney has expressed his condolences for two people who died as a result of Storm Boelo over the weekend.

A man, 60, was killed on Sunday by a falling tree in Dumfries and Galloway, while a man in his 20s also died in north London.
