JOHN Swinney has been challenged to stop "hiding behind Westminster" and oppose the Rosebank oil field.

Speaking at the Scottish Greens conference in Inverness on Saturday, co-leader Gillian Mackay hit out at the "swithering" of the Scottish Government over new oil and gas.
