John Kavanagh has taken to Twitter to explain the difference between 'real' and 'casual' fight fans after Jake Paul's loss to Tommy Fury.
'The Problem Child' was beaten by 'TNT' by split-decision on Sunday night in one of the most anticipated bouts in recent memory. The fight gained plenty of attention worldwide, despite being a contest between two novice pros.
After the fight, Paul posted a video reacting to the loss. He pretends to cry in the video before breaking into a smile with the caption reading "When you lost but made $30 million."

Kavanagh responded to this post on Twitter and explained how 'real fans' are more interested in skills, while 'casual fans' value storylines more.
Kavanagh wrote: " Casual fans are more interested in story lines over skills. They tend to buy tickets, ppvs and merchandise. This is why influencers make more money than highly skilled pros."
" 'Real' fans are more interested in skill but rarely buy tickets and search online for illegal streams."
And plenty of Twitter users agreed with Kavanagh's statement:
"So true," wrote one user.
"Spot on," said another.
One user challenged Kavanagh however and wrote, "The UFC are charging 3-400 quid for an 02 ticket. But hey let's bash 'real' fans."
Kavanagh will undoubtedly be hoping that Conor McGregor draws as much attention as Jake Paul did when he returns to the octagon to take on Michael Chandler later this year.
