John Fury has said that Tommy Fury's career will be taken 'nice and steady' ahead of his fight with Daniel Bocianski. The 22-year-old enters the ring on Saturday in front of 94,000 people for his first fight since the cancelled fight with YouTube star Jake Paul in December.
The Love Island star takes on Bocianski, 27, on the undercard of his brother Tyson's world heavyweight championship bout with Dillian Whyte. He will fight at light-heavyweight hoping to hold on to his unbeaten record so far in his career.
Fury's father John spoke at the open workout session at the Wembley Box Park on Tuesday, saying that the fight would be a 'good match for his son. The Pole lost his last fight against Patryk Szymanski in what was the only defeat of his career so far after nine previous wins, speaking to Intu Boxing he said:

"The fella's 10-0-1, he's a durable character and won most of his fights so at this stage it's a good match for Tommy.", He added, "We'll see what he's got but I'm confident Tommy will do the business
A proposed fight with Jake Paul could still be on the cards for Tommy Fury, but his father insisted that there will be no shortage of options for Fury after Saturday. He also explained what it would take to earn a fight with Tommy, stating that the finances would be a key factor in any deal.
"I'm not interested in what people say, there's plenty of business out there for Tommy without all those people mentioning it", he said.
"At the end of the day, we're just going to take Tommy nice and steady, if people want to box him and they talk the right kind of money and got the right kind of cheque book we'll speak to them."
