John Egan scored a last minute equaliser to save Sheffield United's blushes in their FA Cup fourth round tie against Wrexham.
Wrexham, owned by American film giants Rob McIlhenny and Ryan Reynolds, went behind early on after an Oli McBurnie effort. Wrexham then pulled level thanks to James Jones on the fifty minute mark. The Welsh side then went ahead before being pegged back by an Oliver Norwood strike. Sensationally Wrexham once again took the lead when captain Paul Mullin slotted past United goalkeeper Adam Davies. However their joy was shortlived as John Egan slid in from a corner with just minutes remaining.
It was the Republic of Ireland defender's third goal of the season for The Blades and arguably the most important. They will now face a home-replay against the Welsh side.

Egan may well be back playing Premier League football next season as his Sheffield United side find themselves in second place in The Championship some 12 points clear of third-placed Middlesbrough with 14 games remaining. Infact they're only five points off table topping Burnley.
The Cork native will be hoping his recent displays for The Blades, and tonight's goal, will perk the attention of Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny with the important Euro 2024 qualifier against France on the horizon.
