John Daly started his week in Morocco walking camels through the desert, embracing some pre-tournament tourism ahead of the PGA Tour Champions event in Rabat, much to the delight of his 735,000 Instagram followers.
But now Daly finds himself in a position that isn’t so Instagram-worthy. The former PGA champion sits at the bottom of the leaderboard at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam.
Daly, 57, carded a 14-over par 87 at the Trophy Hassan II on Friday. His round featured seven bogeys, two double bogeys, a quadruple bogey and just one birdie.
