THE Tories will face an uphill battle to win the public round to their plans to tear up Scotland’s devolution settlement, pollsters have predicted.
Professor John Curtice, of Strathclyde University, said the Tories would need to convince voters of the benefits of their plans to swipe Holyrood's planning powers to force nuclear power into Scotland.
