John Bishop has received rafts of support from celebrity friends and fans alike after sharing a heartbreaking update.
The Liverpool-born comedian lost his mum in 2022 and today (Thursday) would have been her birthday. John, 56, took to Instagram to describe how difficult it has been.
Sharing a photo of himself and his mum he said: "I was told that when you lose someone you then have to face a series of ‘firsts’. The first time you have to tell people, the first weekend without them, the first dream with them in it, the first time you think of phoning them and realise you can’t, the first time you try to remember their voice, the first mothers or fathers day, the first anniversary of their passing.
