Newcastle United's Champions League dream is in their own hands in the remaining 11 matches of the season - but Joe Willock insists the Magpies can't look beyond the next training session.
Eddie Howe has set out a careful game plan in each fixture this season and the players are desperate to execute the head coach's playbook in each match. Newcastle head to West Ham tomorrow night and Willock knows that his team-mates could be in touching distance of the Champions League spots with another strong month.
When asked by Chronicle Live if the Champions League is United's hands, Wilock said: "I feel like it is. We've got 11 cup finals left. We've got training tomorrow and we're looking to obviously plan for the next game.

Willock scored at the London Stadium last season and has fond memories of the venue. But he warned: "Yes (good memories), but it's not an easy place to go to, they've obviously got wonderful players and we want to obviously get the three points."
The former Arsenal star will be roared on by his family and friends back in the capital as he returns to the East End. The Waltham Forest-born player said: "Yes, I love playing in London. I love playing in London but I love playing for this team."
Willock joined Newcastle two years ago on a permanent deal from Arsenal and says he is driven by the Geordie fans.
He said: "The fans made that decision so easy for me. They’re the best fans in the world and I’m so happy to be at this club, I'm so happy to play in front of them every week. Hopefully, we can continue our form and achieve our goals."
Speaking about the possibility of playing against Barcelona or Napoli next season for Newcastle in the Champions League, Willock said: "I couldn't even fathom what it would be like. It's something that would be incredible, so hopefully, we can achieve our goals and we can play at the highest level with this team."
