Fitness expert Joe Wicks will visit a country park in Nottingham as part of the Children in Need park run events. The 2k walk with Joe will be held on Sunday, November 13 at 9am at Rushcliffe Country Park in Ruddington.
Joe will be leading four walks at different parkrun locations across the UK with dates including Maidenhead, Dundee and Newport. The walks will aim to help families get active by walking and talking. It will also support BBC's Children in Need.

Children in Need mascot Pudsey will be joining Joe on the day along with other CBeebies stars. Visitors looking to take part in other parts of Nottingham are encouraged to wear their favourite fancy dress, spotty outfit or Pudsey ears.
The event will be taking donations for Children in Need and the MINI Big Love Bootbank will be at each location. Walkers and spectators can donate running or walking gear to communities in need.
Walkers are encouraged to register ahead of the walk through the website where they can collect free Pudsey goodies.
People of all ages, genders and abilities are encouraged to get involved. Visitors can take part as walkers, runners or volunteers depending on what they prefer.
The 2k walk happens every week at Rushcliffe Country Park part for children from 4 to 14 years old. Parkruns take place across 1000 different locations in the UK as a place for social connection, to walk and talk, spend time with family and friends, and meet new people too.
